I was born and raised in the Philippines, where I also earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. After 3 years of working in the industry, I changed careers, tried teaching and fell in love with it. For almost 10 years, I was a Physics and Chemistry teacher in a private school in the Philippines. As a teacher, I want my classroom to be dynamic, not stagnant to the same, mundane events. When I migrated to America, I completed MA in secondary education to earn my teaching credential. This is my 4th year of teaching in Canyon Springs HS.
Some trivia about me:
I wanted to be an astronaut when I was in 4th grade, and still want to be up to this day
I like to take pictures of sunsets and sunrise
I can do videoke for 1 hour or more straight
I have not ridden on a rollercoaster my whole life though I teach rollercoaster concepts in my physics class.
My bucket list includes: to see the Northern Lights and to travel across America (from West to East) by train
