Hello I am Erica Garcia-Ochoa and I have been teaching for Moreno Valley School District since 2007. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and in Latin American Studies from the University of California at San Diego. I also have a Masters degree in Curriculum and instruction through Cal State San Bernardino. My first teaching experience began in elementary school, but I soon realized that teaching the social sciences in high school would bring greater joy to my life. I especially love my HCA World and US History students!
Besides teaching, I am a wife and a mother. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, painting, crafting, Disneyland, watching “The Amazing Race,” and visiting all that California has to offer. Lastly, I love embracing different cultures their foods, language, and music.
